If you are in a mood for some hardcore violence then Ninja Assassin should be on your list this weekend. The movie tries to follow the same old formula wherein hearts bursts out, wounds are split wide open, blood spurts out, hands are chopped and heads roll out.

The movie moves about Raizo (Rain), who heads the Ozunu clan that outshines in creating killing machines of the homeless kids by stripping them off of all the kind and gentleness, thereby developing complete heartlessness inside the petrified youngsters. Extreme violence becomes the only way for of life for them and then they are thrived off as unkind or ruthless killers to institutions who want to assassinate anyone. Raizo, turns up to be the best among all the others, but then he goes off as scoundrel, teaming up with a forensic researcher (Naomie Harris) in the Interpol in an attempt to verify the records, when the master slays off his beloved. This of course means nicking off all the bad ninjas before putting up a final quarrel with the bad master.

Not a complete action, the movie goes off a bit emotional as it snap out the angst of Raizo, who tries to subdue the rumble of his heart in a complete heartless world.
Director, James McTeigue has made the movie interesting by putting in some hardcore action sequels that do not let you move out of your chair. Karl Walter Lindenlaub’s cinematography is truly great especially the part where the martial arts’ move out in shadowy light indicating the mythical nature of Ninja Assassins being shadowy urban legends who have been chopping off anyone for 100 pounds of gold.

Overall, the movie boosts up a complete Ninja story with oodles of Ninja’s, heaps of violence and carefully arranged martial arts’ sequels that give some air to the storyline.

Watch in a theatre to enjoy!!!
