Writer of Swades, Ayan Mukherjee’s debutant as a director in Wake Up Sid has truly made one of the best entries in this year’s Bollywood’s list of film releases. Though the writing or script is not fully matured and lacks the depth that is needed to create the perfect impact, but still the movie keeps up its own pace giving its full justice to Ayan’s writing and directing. The rich production of Karan Johar along with the perfect star cast of Ranbir Kappor and Konkona Sen Sharma forms the main strength of the film.

After Ashutosh Gowarikar’s real good entertainment entries like Swades and Jodha Akbar I was expecting some more entertainment from What’s Your Raashee? But unfortunately it disappointed me a little bit despite of its unusual and interesting perception.
