Blizzard Entertainment, Inc. and Legendary Pictures have recently announced their decision to sign on ‘Spiderman’ sequels director Sam Raimi to direct their major live action film based on the renowned online game Warcraft® universe. Sam Raimi is known to have a hand in directing fictional movies in great detailing with a good story telling ability.
Previously ‘Spiderman’ trilogies along with gathering five Academy Award nominations have broken most box office records. Sam Raimi’s latest release has been ‘Drag Me To Hell’; both written and directed by him.
“At its core, Warcraft is a fantastic, action-packed story. I am thrilled to work with such a dynamite production team to bring this project to the big screen.” Raimi was quoted as saying during the official press release of Blizzard Entertainment in Los Angeles, CA.
Warcraft which is a favorite PC games for millions of players all around the world is based in a fictional setting where two opposing forces ‘Horde’ and ‘Alliance’ are pitched against each other.
