Online Trailer of ‘Harry Brown‘, an upcoming British crime thriller, directed by Daniel Barber has been made available. The film stars Sir Michael Caine who has appeared in more than 100 films, and is one of only two actors to have been nominated for an Academy Award for acting.

Besides the English actor the film also has a starcast viz- Iain Glen, Jack O’Connell and Liam Cunningham. With a World Premiere as a Special Presentation at the 2009 Toronto International Film Festival the film is due for release on the 13th of November 2009.

The official trailer of the movie surprises us where we get to see Caine (Harry Brown) as an elderly widower and ex-marine who has lived to see his neighborhood overrun by violent gangs, drugs and crime. The plot supposedly revolves round the brutal murder of Caine’s best friend David Bradley (Leonard) and the gang leader that takes a great toll of him where he actually breaks out his ex-marine skills.

Emily Mortimer co-stars as a detective while Sean Harris has got something real and terrifying to exhibit.
