Mickey Rourke as Iron Man nemesis: Whiplash
Today, for the first time, we can see how Mickey Rourke looks like as a supervillain.
80′s golden boy will be playing supervillain Whiplash on the Marvel Comics inspired Iron Man sequel. The character is a weapon designer who works for Justin Hammer (Sam Rockwell), a competitor of Iron Man’s alter ego – Tony Stark.
This first image of the character shows Whiplash making an appearance at the Monaco Historic Grand Prix.
Rourke said: Whiplash “is going to light them up” .

Why bother? Just bring the comic books back. These insipid movies are made just to make somebody a lot of money.At least with mickey rourke they save on make-up.
I can’t believe it!!! with ALL the money they made with the 1st movie and ALL the INFINITE choices of villains with incredible powers from the comics they used this HORRIBLE character, i hope the movie is a flop. The movie industry is just GREEDY, take take take, nothing for the odience. They give you a good first movie, and want to chew on the follow ups for years to come.
